About you:
You’re a qualified engineer with at least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in Luxembourg. Linux and open source technologies are part of your DNA, and you’ve managed them professionally during your previous assignments. You understand and adhere to the DevOps principles and automation is your natural way of implementing systems.
You’re security minded and you have at least one professional experience in a regulated environment, ideally PSF. You understand the implications of your actions on security and availability, and understand the constraints of highly secured environments.
Technology is more than just a job for you and sharing of that passion is a natural part of your personality. You constantly keep looking for emerging tools and trends but take your time before using them in your professional assignments. You document your work diligently for your colleagues and customers.
Your technical skills:
You can demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in these areas:
- Linux administration and configuration: networking, storage, security, high availability
- Infrastructure as Code and configuration automation: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef
- CI/CD pipelines management: GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins
- Relational databases: PostgreSQL and/or MySQL, including tuning and high availability
- NoSQL databases: MongoDB, Elasticsearch including tuning and high availability
- Containers and orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes.
The following are definitely a plus:
- Knowledge and certifications on any major Public Cloud providers
- Substantial experience in a PSF environment
The job:
You will provide professional consulting services to our customers and support them in their DevOps transformations and operations. You will become part of our extended support team and participate in a rotating “on-call” mechanism.
